A family-owned Group that designs, manufactures, and markets capital equipment and provides associated services for the agricultural equipment, leisure and industry sectors, EXEL Industries has been recognized among the 14 best-managed private companies in France by Deloitte France, for the second year in a row.

Established in France in 2021, Best Managed Companies is an awards program that recognizes excellence in privately held companies across more than 45 countries worldwide. Applicants are evaluated against four pillars to determine whether they qualify as a Best Managed Company: Strategy, Capabilities and Innovation, Culture and Commitment, Governance and Financials. 

"The renewal of the Best Managed Companies label of excellence confirms that EXEL Industries is one of the best-practice companies in France," says Eric Forest, Deloitte Private Leader Partner in charge of the Best Managed Companies program. "Assessed on its financial performance, strategy, CSR policy and ability to innovate, EXEL Industries has stayed the course and demonstrated its success."

EXEL Industries decided to apply in order to measure the progress and achievements of the Group's actions each year, using a recognized assessment grid. Joining the Best Managed Companies community is also a way to learn about current best practices in company management, and to benefit from Deloitte's feedback and the assessment of independent experts who make up the jury.

Thanks to this label, which is valid for one year, EXEL Industries is part of a unique network of over 1,200 certified companies at national and international level, led by Deloitte and its partners.
